Results: A total of 5,343 offspring from 646 families were included in the analyses. Compared to the background Danish population, cancer incidence among offspring was lower for overall, lung and tobacco-related cancer, while for breast and colon cancer the incidence in offspring was similar to or moderately lower. In this study total fertility rate (TFR), gross reproduction rate (GRR), net reproduction rate (NRR), reproduction survival ratio (RSR), mean age of child bearing (MAC) and mean length of generation (MLG) have been estimated. It has been observed that these parameters exhibit declining trend.
